Nurturing a child's curiosity and encouraging them to reach new milestones at their own pace is my greatest passion! I have over 25 years of experience working in childcare centers, nannying, and then teaching in my own home daycare for 16 years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology and am trained in CPR and First Aid. My strengths include working with a mixed age group of children from infant to school age, ensuring a safe environment, behavior management, and creating developmentally appropriate and hands on learning experiences. I have a calm, nurturing, consistent demeanor, am energetic and love the outdoors, maintain strong communication with families, have extensive infant experience, and am great at multitasking! I am comfortable with light housework, meal prep, pets, and other tasks to help your day run smoothly.
