About Devin

Although, I don't have a lot of experience with seniors, I understand the importance of their needs. I've worked with a quadriplegic for 3 years. I had several duties: grooming, assisted with bowel movements, changing/cleaning womb pads, house work, cooking, and running errands. I also had the privilege to work with someone who has MD (Muscular Dystrophy), for 2 years. He had a Tracheotomy and I assisted with clearing the mucus from his throat and also changing the Trach and his colostomy bag. He was in a wheelchair and it required me to transfer him to/from bed to the chair. Then, for 4 years I worked with a senior lady who is paraplegic. My only duties where to perform her bowel program and give her medication. Lastly, for 4 years I worked with a man that has Cerebral palsy. My duties were grooming, feeding, give medications, transfer to/from wheelchair, assist with walking him to use the restroom, and take him to outdoor festivities.
