Greetings! My name is Devin, and I am an extremely creative, energetic and empathetic caregiver. In addition to working with kids, I am a trained dramatic actor and improvisational comedy instructor. In addition to my experience in the performing arts, I studied visual arts and I'm passionate about bringing these talents to my work with children. I have found that connecting through laughter and creativity has the power to build powerful bonds with kids. Everyone wants to feel seen and heard, and offering that presence to kids can have a profound impact on their confidence and self-esteem. I have cared for a very wide age range, including newborns, toddlers, and elementary school children. And have experience with food allergies and neurodivergent children. I currently work part-time with two wonderful, longtime families. I am open to both part-time and full-time work, as I'm interested in transitioning to a more traditional schedule.

Devin has worked with our family for almost 2 years, caring for our daughter from the time she was born until now and caring for our son since he was a year old. She is a delightful and talented person, and an incredibly caring, creative, and resourceful caregiver for children! We have found her to be reliable, communicative, respectful, and tactful. She demonstrates good judgment and attention to detail about our children's needs. Our children absolutely adore her and become deeply engrossed in imaginative play with her. She is an incredible artist and has greatly enhanced their enjoyment and appreciation of art. I give her credit for helping them to build a sense of humor as well! Devin is a very special person and we are lucky to have found her!
