I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion or agitation, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I have SOME HIGH SCHOOL education, a car, and I'm comfortable with pets. CPR and First Aid certified.
