Hi! I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with several years of experience working with children of different ages, including children with diverse developmental needs. My background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) has given me a strong foundation in child development, positive behavior support, and creating meaningful learning opportunities through everyday routines and play. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, understood, and encouraged to explore the world around them. I love finding creative ways to make everyday moments educational while supporting each child's individual needs and personality. I'm also organized, attentive to detail, and happy to help with light housekeeping and household routines to make life a little easier for busy families.
