I have experience handling confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes. I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history is important to me. I earned my high school degree.
