About Destiny

Hi! I specialize in tutoring younger learners, primarily ages 4-9, focusing on building strong foundations in early education. I love helping kids grow confidence in the basics especially reading, comprehension, and early learning skills. I am open to other ages depending on subject, and what they need individually. I have a lot of patience and truly enjoy working with children who may need extra time or encouragement. I'm especially happy to support kids who are struggling with reading or who have learning differences or disabilities. Every child learns differently, and I take a gentle, understanding approach that meets them where they are. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where kids feel safe to learn, ask questions, and build confidence at their own pace. I focus on making learning feel positive and encouraging, so children leave each session feeling proud of their progress.
