My starting rate is $22. I have eight years of child care experience ranging in all ages from infants to 13 years! I have been a nanny for about 5 years and can provide several references! I prefer the Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty area. It is extremely important to me to have a good connection with the family and kiddos! Destiny has great communication skills and an outgoing personality. She is not afraid to speak up if something doesn't seem right and asks a lot of questions. I really appreciate her questions, as it shows she wants to do a good job and understand our parenting style. She is very mature and responsible for her age. I've been super impressed by her drive to do well in all that she does (work, school, etc) She is very observant and retains information the first time you tell her. My kids love her!
