About Destiny

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With two years of experience, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I empower elementary and middle school students to develop critical thinking skills by connecting complex concepts to their personal interests. By actively observing how a student interacts with new material, I adapt my methods--using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions--to suit their individual needs. I believe open communication with families is essential for building the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether we are tackling test preparation, English, or study skills, I celebrate every small success along the way.
