About Destiny

Hello! I'm so glad you're here. Caring for babies has been part of my life since age 12. I've now professionally cared for families postpartum and worked long-term with children ranging in age from 1 hour to 4 years. I've developed a deep respect for the family unit and it is my honor to provide support during the most precious and vulnerable months. I bring a calm, grounding presence and a practical approach to creating ease in the rhythms of the home and nurturing the family. I'm currently seeking childcare opportunities in West Hartford, Hartford, and surrounding Central CT areas that are accessible by public transportation. I'm particularly interested in newborn, infant, and toddler care, and postpartum support. I'm open to both daytime and overnight care. I'm nearing completion of my NCS and Postpartum Doula training through NCTA, as well as my Birth Matron certification. I'm currently self-studying holistic birth and am certified in Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED/First Aid.
