About Destiny

Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching approach. With a background in graduate studies and a year of dedicated tutoring experience, I specialize in helping elementary students master Math and English. I believe that true success comes from building confidence and a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I adapt to your child's needs by utilizing visual aids, hands-on activities, and open communication to ensure our sessions remain engaging. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate every small victory to keep momentum high. I prioritize regular updates with parents to ensure we are aligned on progress and goals. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult skill. I look forward to supporting your child's academic journey and helping them shine.
