About Destiny

Hi parents! My name is Destiny and I'm 21 years old! My full time job is a registered behavioral technician, meaning I work with kiddos of all ages with autism spectrum disorder. I have worked with kids on the low end of the spectrum who I've helped teach more social skills and I've also worked with kids on the higher end of the spectrum where more behavioral/ regulation skills take place being taught! I love working with kids! I've been doing it for about two years now and I am looking into getting my formal degree in special education! One thing you should know about me is I do have severe peanut and treenut allergies unfortunately, but I do know how to work an epi pen! My skills include working with children with autism ( I personally specialize with children who are partially or fully nonverbal/ device and aggressions or self injurious behavior), working on academic skills with kiddos.
