About Destiny

Providing compassionate, dependable care for seniors is something I take great pride in. My experience as a Direct Care Specialist has allowed me to support individuals with daily living activities, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life while creating a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. I assist with meal preparation, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, companionship, and medication reminders. I understand the importance of treating every individual with dignity, patience, and kindness while encouraging independence whenever possible. Through my work supporting individuals with diverse needs, I have developed strong skills in communication, emotional support, crisis prevention, and adapting to changing situations with a calm and reassuring presence. I am CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified, bilingual in English and Spanish, and committed to helping seniors feel safe, valued, respected, and genuinely cared for while providing families with peace of mind.
