I am a dedicated healthcare and human-services professional with 13+ years of experience working with children, adults, seniors, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and residents in assisted living, group home, behavioral health, and memory-care settings. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles, including Medication Technician, Med Tech Supervisor, Behavior Technician, Direct Support Professional, and caregiver, gaining extensive experience in medication administration, resident care, behavioral support, documentation, and maintaining the safety and dignity of those I serve.
