Contacted multiple times before start date to ensure start date and time were good. Caregiver did not show on start date and did not respond to any messages after. My wife waited for a few hours just to be ghosted. We messaged to see if she was ok but did not hear back. We never met in person but the video interview went really well so we are confused.
