About Destini

Hi! My name is Destini I like working with kids because I love being a positive, reliable presence in their lives and helping create an environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow. I'm looking for a role where I can be dependable, make a positive impact, and build trust with the family I'm supporting. I value a safe, respectful environment with clear communication and consistency, where I can help support daily routines and contribute to a child's well-being and growth. I started working with kids at a young age by babysitting my little sister and cousins. Over time, that grew into more formal experience, including working at Learning Zone and The Academy, where I supported children in structured educational and after-school environments for about three and a half years. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, going on walks, and taking care of my dog. I also like cooking simple meals, staying organized, and spending time with family.
