I am a passionate and experienced nanny with experience caring for children from newborns through age 14. I also have professional experience as an Assistant Teacher in Special Education, working with children ages 3-18. This has strengthened my understanding that every child learns and develops differently. With younger children, I can assist with potty training, introducing new foods, age appropriate learning, and preschool preparation. With older children, I can provide homework help, encourage hobbies and interests, and support their academic and personal development. I think it's important to have clear communication with parents by providing updates, discussing the day before leaving, and following each family's routines, rules, and accommodations.
