About Destinee

Hello! My name is Destinee M. and I am a recent graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara with two BAs in Communication and Religious Studies and a double Education and Applied Psychology minor. Being the oldest of 9 siblings, taking care of children comes naturally to me. I have 9 years of paid childcare and tutoring experience, including being a Kindergarten through 3rd-grade Special Education teacher aide and one-on-one student aide. I also have extensive tutoring experience ranging from elementary school to AP/Honors high school courses. I was also a waterpark lifeguard, so I feel extremely comfortable with swimming supervision. All in all, I truly have a passion for working with kids of all ages and look forward to connecting with you and your family.
