Hey guys! My name is Destanie, I'm 21 and currently a full time student. I'm set to graduate with my bachelors of science in nursing in 2026. I received my CNA in 2022 while working at a psych nursing home. I later obtained my certification in CPR/BLS. I worked there for 2 years before moving here for school. I have experience with charting, feeding, bathing, dressing, changing briefs, emptying/cleaning catheters, etc. I have worked with residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, BPD, MPD, schizophrenia, etc. Most of my past residents were not ambulatory on their own so I do have experience with transferring from bed to chair and assisting with bathroom if needed.
