I am patient, calm, and approachable, always prioritizing your loved one's personal history and preferences to build a genuine connection. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and having a lot of patience. I maintain open communication through your preferred method, whether by text, phone, or daily written reports. My qualifications include CPR Training and First Aid Training.
