About Desire

My passion for caregiving blossomed during my time working with the LAUSD Beyond the Bell program. I witnessed firsthand the positive impact it had on children, fostering their enthusiasm and making them eager to return each day. This experience ignited my desire to provide that same level of engagement and support. I am patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable. I communicate with parents through written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone calls. Enforcing household rules is something I am very comfortable with. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. With three years of experience, I am comfortable caring for one child. I have some college education, am First Aid and CPR Training certified, and possess a teaching certification. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping. I hope to connect with you and your little one soon!
