I have work in the field of disability elderly community for 10+ years including volunteer work. I have held a one to one position with an individual with Dementia. Along with Disabilities each one of the individuals I work with are in the senior category. I have patients with each one of my individuals and understand each one has a unique way of achieving the highest quality of life. I respect and appreciate the older community and enjoy working with them in all aspects. Each individual has a unique story of the journey of the life they have been through. I love understanding, giving support and spending time with individuals that have been on the journey of life for some time. I love to learn about people in a non judgmental way and care for them in a way in which they feel respected, admired, understood and appreciated in the life they are living. I have a passion for helping, supporting and delivering a positive attitude to each one of the individuals I care for.
