About Desiree

I am a 28-year-old, caregiver currently employed. I absolutely love working with children. I have 7 years of experience working with kids in multiple fields: private tutoring, outdoor camps, after school programs, swim lessons, lifeguarding, recreational camps, and a local dance studio. Over the years, I grown to become equipped in a surplus of qualities. I would characterize myself as: respectful and responsible, positive and patient, & fun and friendly. With kids, I create an enthusiastic environment where they can continue to grow as both individuals and students. In regards to special skills, I know American Sign Language and am at a conversational level. In addition, I also hold two certifications: 1) Lifeguard Certification (CPR, First Aid, AED use, and In-Water Emergencies) and 2) Basic Life Support (Professional Health Provider CPR training).
