I my client lived alone was working for agency at the beginning and family needed more hours of care for mother so I was hired personally and did all clients light meals cleaned whole house did laundry ordered groceries took inventory of household supplies did 15 hour shifts did overnights she was independent on walker was with her untill she passed. I experienced a little of client being bed bound incontinent would choose being independent on toileting because of my small stature on moving client but overall confident in all I do
