Desiree has been our nanny since September 2022, when our previous nanny found other employment. We connected with Desiree through a post on Care.com, and we feel so incredibly fortunate that we did! When Desiree first visited with us, she stood out immediately. Not only did our two boys, who were 4.5 years old and 2.5 years old at the time, engage with her right away, but she also asked me a bunch of incredibly relevant questions that showed how experienced she is with kids. These questions were related to their normal daily schedule, how we handle discipline, what we would like to do regarding sickness (with her kiddo and ours), and what our expectations were for her aside from childcare. Throughout her time with us, Desiree has been incredibly flexible with scheduling, and has always been dependable. I have really appreciated how communicative Desiree is- she is happy to text or call anytime, and we are just so very fortunate to have found her!
