Professional Newborn/Infant Care Services My specialty is caring for little ones, specifically newborns and infants, in my home (mid-city) or yours. I typically stand in the gap with temporary, on-call, or respite infant care services, but am open to other arrangements. I have a degree from LSU in Child & Family Studies, with 20+ years experience. I am trained in infant first aid & CPR and as a Nurses Assistant (CPR certification not current, but obtainable). I have a highly specialized educational and experiential background in child development and usually commit to the care of one infant/family at a time, beginning as early as 8 weeks old, until 12 mos old or so. This is a very niche based form of highly specialized care, specific to your child and designed to be an extension of your family. Rae is punctual, sharp, trustworthy, and caring. She is a seasoned mama, which brought me great comfort! She is so good about giving updates during the day. I appreciate her background in childcare/development because she really knows her stuff about milestones and appropriate development and behavior. She is attentive and careful not to be on her phone unless she has to be. I would trust her with my child ANYTIME. We love her like family now!
