Desiree helped our family for about a year in caring for my youngest from the age of two months until about 14 months. Desiree also occasionally watched our oldest, who is five years old, when school was closed. She was extremely punctual and dependable. In the year that she worked for us, there were only 2 to 3 times that she called out due to illness or unforeseen events. She was also very flexible with our schedule, which frequently changed with short notice. I found her to be kind and patient with our daughter, who absolutely adored her. She was attentive and affectionate. She played on the floor at our babies level and played numerous different games with our older son when he was with her. She took care to communicate well about her time with our kids. I was always confident that they were safe and well cared for.
