About Desire

Hello! I am a social worker in the Treasure Valley with a background in working with individuals from many backgrounds. I've worked with those on hospice, mental health for adults and children and crisis work for all ages. I was also a caregiver throughout college many years ago. I am a calm, creative and caring presence for the people I work with. I often seem to get just as much, if not more, out of being of service to others. Getting to know others and providing support as they navigate their lives are some of my greatest joys. I would love to chat and see if I may be a good fit for your family member. Social support, creative activities, help with house work, accessing appointments, managing medications, meal prep and pet care are a few examples of things I am able to assist with but happy to speak directly about what needs your family may have.
