About Desirae

Hi families! My name is Desirae, I am CPR certified, first aid trained, have been a personal care aide since 2015 and just recently graduated as a medical assistant. I have always had a passion for nursing and home care. I would describe myself as caring, passionate and reliable. I started working as a PCA back in 2015 when my grandmother got sick and started wanting to help people. I have tons of references and have worked in many clients homes. I am also a mother of two medically complex children so I have feeding tube experience as well as cpap machines on top of my normal experience in home care which includes medication administration and management, Parkinson's care, memory care, dementia care, pet care, showering/dressing, companionship, shopping, cooking (meal prep, cleaning, laundry, transportation, transferring in hoyers, stand to lifts including all ADLS a person needs help with on a daily.
