About Desirae

I have years of experience caring for children of all ages as a live in, travel, ad hoc and long-term nanny. Throughout those years, I have also cared for newborns as an overnight nanny, including twins. I have worked with families to provide extended hours on special occasions, and am willing to travel to care for children on vacations and family holidays. I am CPR/First Aid trained and certified, and have training in childhood development. The most valuable skill I've learned is the importance of seeing each child as special and unique in their own way. When given the opportunity to be themselves and to learn in a safe and nurturing environment they truly thrive, as they experience the joy of simply being themselves.
