About Deshell

My name is De'Shell, and I am a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) with over six years of hands-on healthcare experience, including extensive hospice care. I am committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while treating every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion. Throughout my career, I have provided assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal hygiene, mobility, vital signs, companionship, dementia care, and end-of-life care. My hospice experience has given me the skills to support not only patients but also their families with empathy during difficult times. I am currently completing nursing school and am expected to graduate in October 2026. As I continue advancing my career in nursing, I remain dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and compassionate care.
