About Deshay

Hello! My names is Deshay but you can call me Shay. I have worked in the childcare space for almost 10 years and it has truly been such a blessing to my life. For the last 5 of those years, I have owned and operated my own in-home childcare program. That experience taught me how to balance safety, structure, and fun while meeting the unique needs of each child. I am now transitioning into a new chapter as I pursue a degree in Social Work(online), with the goal of becoming a therapist for teens. I am hoping to continue taking care of kiddos during this process! I have extensive experience with multiples, children with special needs, and newborns and children through age 14!
