About Deshay

House Manager Hello! My names is Deshay but you can call me Shay. I have worked in the childcare/house-management space for almost 10 years and it has truly been such a blessing to my life. For the last 5 of those years, I have owned and operated my own in-home childcare program. That experience taught me how to balance safety, structure, and fun while meeting the unique needs of each family. I am now transitioning into a new chapter as I pursue a degree in Social Work(online), and am looking to help families, in primarily a house manager capacity throughout my time in school! If you're looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and trustworthy, I'd love to connect with you!
