About Deshanna

Hi Families, Currently working as a training supervisor with the airlines here at PHL Airport. I'm currently seeking part-time/ as needed employment. I have experience working with elders, children (ages infants -up), and also those with special needs (autism, IDD, and etc). My schedule is flexible, weekends are negotiable. I also have my own transportation. Very comfortable with pets. I'm very outgoing and adventurous. I have a big heart. I enjoy working with people and their families while assisting them achieve their highest quality of life! I'd describe my personality very observant problem solver and quite I started working with kids when I got my first summer job in high school at the age of 15 working at a summer camp and after that became a party host for children parties now I'm a resource parent for delta family services where I help foster children until there able to reunite with there family.
