I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is important to me when building a connection. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice services, and personal care. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, medical management, and mobility.
