Making a positive impact on the lives of adults and seniors is my calling. With a decade of experience, I bring patience, compassion, and professionalism to every care interaction. My background includes a college degree, along with current CPR and First Aid certifications. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes, especially for those with memory care needs. I offer respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts or phone calls, and always respect your preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is essential to building a strong connection. I'm fluent in English, and also speak Spanish and Sign Language (ASL).
