I have a passion for helping people with developmental disabilities. My brother was cognitively disabled from birth, and is non-verbal, so I grew up in the world of IDDs. I have worked in this field in various capacities over the past 20 years including group homes, schools, day programs, and ISLs. Most recently I have managed homes and departments for well-known providers. I have a desire to not only see the people I serve thrive, but to continue to improve their independence. I believe that providing people with purpose and skill development can change their entire outlook on life and create a drive to want to improve.
