Hi! My name is Derban, and I am currently attending in University pursuing my degree in Special Education. I have over seven years of combined experience working with individuals who require compassionate, specialized care. For the past three years, I have worked closely with students with severe ASD, helping support their learning, communication, daily routines, and emotional growth. In addition, I have four years of experience caring for patients with severe dementia, where I have developed strong patience, empathy, and the ability to create a calm, safe, and comforting environment.
