About Derban

Hello! My name is Derban, and I am a current teacher and Special Education student in a University. I have over seven years of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including four years working with patients with severe dementia and three years working with students with severe autism. I am compassionate, dependable, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. My experience includes companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and creating safe, structured, and comfortable environments. I believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness. I genuinely enjoy helping others and building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, running, and spending time with my nieces and nephews. I am available weekdays after 4:30 p.m. and anytime on weekends.
