About Deon

Fostering growth and development in children is my true passion. I have spent five years dedicated to supporting families as a reliable caregiver. As an Early Childhood Educator with an M. S. in Child Life, I bring both academic expertise and an enthusiastic, empathetic approach to every interaction. I currently work with a class of toddlers in an indoor-outdoor program. Outside my work hours, I am comfortable for caring for up to 2 children across all age groups. Whether we are playing outdoors, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I prioritize active, meaningful play. I am happy to assist with meal/ snack preparation, light housekeeping, and creative crafts to keep your household running smoothly. I maintain open communication through your preferred method to ensure you feel connected to your child's day. I am First Aid Training and CPR certified and feel very comfortable enforcing your household rules. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's life.
