I have been working with Senior clients with dementia for the past five years. In addition to companionship, I have been responsible for bathing, grooming and dressing assistance, mobility assistance, preparation of and serving meals, medicine preparation and prompting, research specialists and coordination of medical appointments, transport to and from medical appointments and emergency room visits, assisting with physical and occupational therapy exercises, activities (in home and out of) shopping, and light housecleaning.
