Hi, I am an empty nester who has extensive experience caring for people with disabilities at different ages.. My journey with the special needs community began many years ago when I worked as a volunteer at my daughter's school. There I worked with children with special needs who struggled with fine motor skills and communication skills using ABA techniques and reward system. My passion for helping others grew to not only include children but adults. I worked three years at an adult daycare disability facility. Throughout my time working at these institutions, I worked with many children/adults as a one on one caregiver. I love and respect every persons right to live their life to the fullest no matter what their challenges are and I find being a part of that success very rewarding.

Denise is fantastic. I would give her 10 stars if I could. She cared for an elderly loved one. She was hired as a companion but when my loved one's care needs increased, she stepped up to the challenge. She is unquestionably caring, dependable, honest, personable and skilled. She was with my loved one literally until the end and I will forever be grateful. Denise and I get together as friends now and then, because she became much more than a caregiver. Anyone would be fortunate to have her caring for their loved one.
