Denise is amazing, reliable and a joy to have in our lives.  She’s worked with my 94 year old grandfather for almost a year and she’s part of our family now.  Denise is trustworthy and respectful and always willing to help us with extra hours if needed.  She is honest and communicates well with everyone involved with his care.  I am so grateful we found her.  

Denise was absolutely fantastic providing all kinds of assistance for my 94-year old mother. She frequently volunteered to do many tasks over and above the standard tasks, and was comfortable staying extra hours if my mother was having a difficult day. My mother loved her and Denise always demonstrated a genuine affection for my mother that was appreciated. I was always more than 100% comfortable with any ideas Denise suggested that I had not thought of. Denise did so many things well, cooking, cleaning and problem-solving.

Very good person who cared about my wife and provided excellent care.  Always went the extra step.

We only needed Denise for a short time due my father's improved condition. My father was mostly independent and only needed a close eye on him to prevent falls. While she was with us she was punctual, dependable and friendly.

Denise was wonderful. Taking care of my mom with Parkinson's. Denise was caring and kind to both my mom and dad.

We hired Denise to care for our mother on Wednesdays and Saturdays, for a total of five hours.  She had just started with us recently and two out of five shifts she was scheduled to work, she did not show up.  She seemed like a very nice person and very capable of doing what we were asking of her. One day she said she could not come because it was too hot. Another day she just did not show up. No phone call or text message to tell us she would not be there. When we finally got a hold of her, she said she would no longer be able to work for my mother because her other client needed her more hours and that person was her priority.  What bothers me most is how someone could just not show up to help an elderly person. No phone call, no text message, no nothing. My mom was left to fend for herself.  Be very wary.  We were very disappointed.

We hired Denise to care for our mother on Wednesdays and Saturdays for a total of five hours per week. She seemed very nice. She only reported for work three out of five days that she was scheduled. The last day was a no-show, no call. When she finally returned my message, she said she no longer could work for us and that her other client needed her more.  I would have much preferred a phone call from her saying, I changed my mind, it wasn't a good fit, I don't have time, Anything but a no-show. What disturbs me the most is that she was expected by an elderly person to show up, and that elderly person was now left alone with no help.  Be very wary.
