I'm trilled to recommend Denise to the next family. She has been caring for our 4.5 month old daughter for the past 6 weeks. She saved us from a childcare crisis when our original nanny had to drop out last minute due to an emergency. We were so lucky to find her! Since I work from home, I get to see her in action and how wonderful she is with babies. She has helped out daughter's development so much in this short time, from getting her to finally take longer naps, to enjoy stroller rides, to practice tummy time, and to take a bottle. She always has great ideas for activities for young babes and is always reading up on each developmental stage and ideas to deal with it. We was willing to do overtime/weekends when we needed some extra coverage. We would have loved to have her stay on permanently but just could not agree on the terms. We'll be very sad to see her go.
