I am a certified teacher with a college degree and eight years of experience fostering academic growth in elementary students. I believe every student has unique potential and can achieve their goals with personalized support. By varying my teaching strategies, I assess a student's individual learning style and adapt my methods accordingly. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement to keep students motivated. Communication builds trust and a collaborative environment. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect of being a tutor. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
