Denise accepted the job knowing that we needed her to come in the morning and put our two children on the bus and return in the afternoon to get them off the bus two days a week. She was punctual and on time for any given two days that she was scheduled to work. Not too many caregivers would accept a position that was quite sporadic let alone arrive at the house twice in a day. Her commitment and punctuality made our school year a lot less hectic.
