We interviewed Shelby and were very impressed. Leading up to the interview she was prompt and courteous in all her replies. She came to the interview with a typed resume complete with references. During the interview she was outgoing and had a great personality. She interacted well with my kids as well as my dogs. At this point you're probably wondering why we didn't hire her if she was so great, the only reason was that our schedules weren't compatible. If not for that reason we would've been happy to hire her!
