I took care of my boyfriend's aunt who had a brain tumor and was bedridden. I would give her bed baths , cut her hair. Get her out of bed to eat breakfast at the kitchen table. I would take her out on the front porch so she could see her beautiful gardens. I gave her her insulin shots, cooked for her, did laundry, cleaned house and went with the family to Dr. s appointments. I have more than 6 years of caregiver experience. I have worked for some agencies. I am currently taking g care of a gentleman with dementia. He has moved to an Assisted Living Facility & I will just be with him part time.
