Hello, I am an experienced Direct Support Professional. I work directly with people with physical disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities with the aim of assisting the individual to become integrated into his/her community or the least restrictive environment. I have several years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors. I specialize in Autism Spectrum; experience with mental illness, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, AD Dementia, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients, assistance with life skill training, personal care, dressing, incontinence, transfer, meal preparation, feeding, shopping, doctor appointments, light housekeeping, companionship, ulcer, and more. In addition, I serve on the Amador County IHSS Advisory Board as co-secretary.
