About Denise

Denise cared for our mother, who was living with Parkinson’s, dementia, incontinence, and congestive heart failure. From the very beginning, Denise brought patience, compassion, and a wonderful sense of humor that quickly helped build a strong and trusting bond with Mom. She had a natural way of communicating with her, especially during difficult or stubborn moments, always meeting her with understanding and grace. Mom truly looked forward to Denise’s daily visits. Denise assisted her with bathing and dressing, prepared her meals, helped feed her when necessary, and ensured all medications were taken on time. She also kept Mom’s living space clean and comfortable by doing her laundry and tidying the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen each day. Beyond caregiving tasks, Denise enriched Mom’s life by taking her on outings to church, shopping, and restaurants—activities that brought joy and a sense of normalcy. Her dedication went far beyond basic care; she offered companionship, love, and dignity. Even now, after Mom has moved to an assisted living facility requiring 24-hour care, she continues to stay in touch with Denise through calls and texts. Their bond remains strong, which speaks volumes about the genuine connection they shared. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Denise as part of our lives over the past year. Her presence was a blessing to our family, and we recommend her wholeheartedly as a caregiver for your loved one.
