Hired for senior care transportation to post surgery medical appointment. Failed to arrive to transport client to medical appointment. Client texted and called care giver with no response. Care giver contacted client 4 hours after scheduled pick-up time, to apologize for not showing, starting she forgot about appointment (final scheduling completed day before medical appointment).
