About Denicia

As a recent Radford University graduate, I am currently pursuing my Associates Degree at ECPI in their Physical Therapy Assistant Program; while exploring future career paths working in Pediatrics and Pelvic Floor Therapy. I previously worked with the YXL after-school program within the YMCA, where I supervised and cared for children ages 5-10 and have earned multiple childcare certifications through the Virginia Department of Education, as well CPR certified. Outside of work, I regularly help care for my 6-year-old niece and my 3-year-old niece and nephew. Working with children is something I genuinely enjoy, and I strive to be a positive role model while creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. My goal is to help provide parents with dependable care and peace of mind while also supporting myself through school.
